Lil Wayne is hitting the road this summer in a major way. In honor of 20 years of Tha Carter series, the GRAMMY-winning rapper dropped Tha Carter VI on June 6 and launched a 34-date North American tour to go with it.
The the first leg of the artist's tour kicked off that same night at Madison Square Garden, a venue fitting for a moment this significant. From there, Wayne will make stops in cities including Toronto, Detroit, Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, and Atlanta, before wrapping up in West Palm Beach, Florida, on October 2.
Produced by Live Nation and Rolling Loud, the tour brings along a strong supporting cast: Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington are confirmed for all dates, with NoCap joining on select nights. Between the legacy Wayne’s built and the artists sharing the stage with him, the shows promise a blend of past, present, and future.
Over his career, Lil Wayne has sold more than 1.6 million tickets and grossed $110.8 million, according to Pollstar. Whether performing in arenas or amphitheaters, he remains a commanding live presence.
With Tha Carter VI's arrival and a full tour following suit, Lil Wayne is marking this milestone not just with reflection—but with a reminder of why his name still holds weight.
