On Sept. 16, 2015 the 16th annual Americana Music Festival & Conference, presented by Nissan, in Nashville, TN, kicks off a week of Americana at the historic Ryman Auditorium. Music Connection is co-sponsoring the festival, which will feature four nights of approximately 165 live performances at over nine music venues in the vicinity of downtown Nashville.
In addition, the Americana Music Associations Honors and Awards Show will honor Buffy Sainte-Marie, Don Henley, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Ricky Skaggs and Los Lobos with Lifetime Achievement Awards.
