Round Hill Music, a full-service creative rights management company with a core focus on music publishing, is excited to officially announce that they

have partnered with multi-platinum artist Gavin Rossdale to acquire selected master recordings and related recording agreements of theband Bush from Kirtland Records, LP.

"Gavin and his entire team are thrilled about this exciting new partnership and the opportunities it will provide in the coming months and years," says The MGMT Company's

Lenny Beer, who manages Rossdale and Bush.

Over the course of their remarkable career, Rossdale and Bush have sold close to 20 million records in the U.S. and Canada alone. They've also compiled an amazing string of 17 consecutive Top 40 hit singles on the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts, including 11 that hit the Top 5, six of which shot to No. 1.

The Bush catalog includes 58 master recordings spanning five albums and features a plethora of iconic rock songs, including "Comedown," "Glycerine," "Swallowed," "Machinehead" and "The Chemicals Between Us"-all of which were No. 1 hits. These songs helped define and influence modern rock and remain popular radio staples.

"We are privileged to own these iconic recordings," says Josh Gruss, CEO of Round Hill Music. "It's even more of a privilege to own them in partnership with Gavin, the lead creator of these copyrights." Ownership in the recordings is equally split between RHM and Gavin Rossdale. Round Hill Records, Round Hill Music's master recordings division, will administer the catalog. The acquired recordings will be released under the Round Hill Records label. 2014 marks the 20th anniversary of Bush's debut album Sixteen Stone, which hit No. 4 on The Billboard 200 and included the No. 1 hits "Comedown," "Glycerine" and "Machinehead," as well as fan favorites "Everything Zen" and "Little Things."
