Grammy nominated producer, singer-songwriter Linda Perry and multi-platinum music producer and artist manager Kerry Brown have announce the launch of We Are Hear.
We Are Hear is an artist empowerment company based in Los Angeles, California focusing on developing and nurturing the creative. Through publishing, sync, licensing, management, recording, and consultation, We Are Hear breaks the typical and outdated industry mold by creating a new synergy with artists, producers, and creative minds to cultivate development and partnerships. Their main focus is giving artists freedom usually restricted by major labels. The company does this by providing a unique production facility home and set of tools to help build their future. We Are Hear believes that long term artist development is not locked in the past but a key to the future.
The label's first release will include 4-time Grammy-award winning artist Pat Benatar as she performs "Dancing Through The Wreckage" written alongside Linda Perry and Neil Giraldo. The inspiring single accompanies Lysa Heslov's upcoming documentary, Served Like A Girl and the soon to-be-announced female powerhouse filled soundtrack.
