Scoring a lofty 8.0 in Music Connection magazine's recent New Music Critiques area in January, solo artist Alfa performed her music at Kawai's booth during the recent and gigantic NAMM convention in Anaheim, CA. She landed an exclusive deal with Kawai and played her set on a $200k concert grand piano. Alfa was also immortalized at the Walden Guitars booth. She is an NYU grad and former pro journalist and music reporter at the Bergen Record in New Jersey.
