PowerHouse 2017 was completely chaotic. Party goers and hip-hop heads alike didn’t let a little rain stop them from having a great time. This is the first time PowerHouse held its annual event at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in Devore, CA. The event drew in thousands of attendees, that of which its platform showcases a number of up-and-coming hip-hop artists to raps heavyweights. Fans had access to all the merchandise, good food, endless music and fun games.
PowerHouse had a blend of everything from hip-hop to dance to EDM to R&B. On one occasion during the event, actor Demeterius Shipp Jr. from the new Tupac All Eyez On Me movie made an appearance, shocking the crowd with word on the movie and with his resemblance to the late, great rapper. Everybody from Skeme to Dom Kennedy to Jeremih, DJ Khaled, Kid Ink, Lil' Wayne and Big Sean all blessed the stage that night. PowerHouse 2017 was definitely a time to remember.
