A L.A.-based music supervisor is seeking a composer and/or existing music to license for a feature length independent film billed as a dark comedy.
Synopsis: A middle aged, extremely successful architect reluctantly returns to his hometown (Population 1,504) after 25 years to attend the funeral of an old high school friend. Through a series of whimsical mishaps and over-the-top unfortunate events, he remembers why he left and desperately tries to escape the little town's clutches once again.
Seeking quirky, comedic tracks with dramatic/dark undertones. Instrumental and vocal tracks will be considered.
Composer and musicians from all geographical areas will be considered.
