Shure Incorporated has added Chester Trocha as its Senior Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Trocha will lead Shure’s Operations Division and have full responsibility for all of the company’s global operations functions, including manufacturing plants, corporate quality, process and tool design engineering, global supply chain, product conformance and global facilities. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, Trocha has successfully developed Operations organizations for public and privately held companies.
