Aspen's Place Recording Offering Legendary Mics in Studio

Aspen's Place Recording studios will now be offering clients the C12 tube microphone that David Foster used on Whitney Houston when she recorded "I Will Always Love You." Aspen's will also offer the vintage Neumann M49 tube mic Barbra Streisand always requested for her Sony Record sessions for decades, a mic also used by artists from Johnny Mathis to Celine Dion and others.

The studio is a turnkey vintage/modern hybrid recording studio dedicated to producing “Old School,” multi-track recordings; the full band, live, the way records were made in the Golden Years of rock and soul, using a combination of vintage and state-of-the-art technology and techniques. Aspen's Place Recording aims to offer the best of both worlds logistically with an “old school” live tracking studio in a small town atmosphere 20 minutes from Hollywood and 35 minutes from LAX, and at a fraction of the price clients would pay “over the hill” in Hollywood or the beach. They also offer full-service video and audio production capacity.
