A$AP Rocky Debut's No. 1 On Billboard Top 200

One of Music Connection's "Favorite Signings of 2012," A$AP Rocky and his A$AP Worldwide/Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records debut album LONG.LIVE.A$AP has entered at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200, Hip-Hop Albums, R&B Albums and Digital Albums charts with over 138,000 units sold during its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. A$AP Rocky continues to make his presence felt internationally as LONG.LIVE.A$AP debuts at No. 1 on Canada’s Top Albums chart and No. 7 on the UK Top Albums chart. In addition to claiming the No. 1 spot on the iTunes US Albums chart, LONG.LIVE.A$AP peaks at No. 1 on iTunes in Canada, France, Australia, Denmark and New Zealand, No. 2 in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Poland and Luxembourg, collectively achieving Top 10 positions in 24 markets globally.

LONG.LIVE.A$AP includes the Noah “40” Shebib produced and recently RIAA-certified Gold hit, “F**kin’ Problems,” featuring hip-hop giants Drake, 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar, as well as the new energetic single “Wild For The Night” featuring Skrillex and Birdy Nam Nam, which Rocky recently performed along with the album title track on the Late Show with David Letterman, with assistance by DJ A-Trak, AraabMuzik and DJ Clark Kent (seen below). The No. 1 album also includes guest appearances by ScHoolboy Q, Santigold, Joey Bada$$, Yelawolf, Danny Brown, Action Bronson and Big K.R.I.T. and is executive produced by A$AP Rocky, A$AP Yams, Bryan Leach, Chace Johnson and Geno Sims.
